Part-Time members of UFCW Local 342 are a vital "part" of our organization. While many unions choose to neglect their Part-Time base, UFCW Local 342 believes that we can only be at our strongest if we have all of our Part-Time members behind us. UFCW Local 342 has developed a comprehensive "Part-Timers Program" that provides Part-Timers an opportunity to learn about our union, and get involved with various union activities. UFCW Local 342 also encourages our Part-Time members to let their voices be heard and their presences be felt in many important union functions, including contract negotiations! While most unions may declare that they care about their Part-Time base, only UFCW Local 342 can truly claim that we are FULLY COMMITTED TO PART-TIME MEMBERS!
